Do not use silicone-based lubricants with platinum-cure silicone toys. Silicone lubricants can react with the surface and may cause permanent stickiness or damage.

Some silicone-based lubricants claim compatibility with platinum silicone. However, these claims cannot be reliably verified, and use is at your own risk.

If you are unsure whether a lubricant is safe, we strongly recommend performing a patch test: apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area (such as the base), let it sit for several hours, and check for any surface changes before use.

Due to the complexity of the hand-painting process, we offer hand-painting as an optional upgrade only for specific parts of selected models, such as flowers on the Unicorn or a gemstone on the Necromancer.
